Post Detox Treatment in an Upscale, Tranquil and Private Setting

Table of Contents

Recovery is an ongoing process when it comes to opiate addiction treatment. While addiction to drugs such as OxyContin, Suboxone  and Vicodin can develop quickly, getting back to normal after treatment will take some time. Detoxification is just the first phase; a inpatient post detox treatment is crucial for the success and safety of the patient.
The effects of this addiction can be devastating – physically, mentally and emotionally. It can take a heavy toll on friends and family. The social implications can be far-reaching, and people in this predicament may have legal problems or face criminal actions related to their use.
We know all too well the physical side of addiction can be treated quickly but that treatment should not end there. Ongoing support at a post detox treatment facility, is so necessary during a patient’s journey toward complete recovery and chemical adjustment.
The healing can take some time, and experts at our Domus Retreat facility have made this transition easier for thousands of people. We know that support is key during this time, and we offer our post-detox treatment in an upscale, tranquil and extremely private setting.
Our 6000-square-foot facility offers treatments and amenities unmatched by any detox facility in the country. In fact, Waismann Method Treatment‘s recovery rate is due, in large part, to the success of our Domus Retreat aftercare facility.
The very cornerstone of our program, held in our Southern California getaway, is respect. We respect our patients, their situation and their willingness to get better. We aren’t here to scold, and judgement and guilt are never a part of what we do.
Unlike “anonymous” programs that tend to have rigid platforms, obligations and doctrines, the Domus Retreat offers a judgment-free zone that focuses on the individual person and his or her total wellness. We also believe that patients deserve to recover in private. That’s why we never serve more than six people at any given time.
Our program is available on a short-term or long-term basis, depending on the patient’s needs. Stays are from one to eight weeks in length. Our exclusive accommodations include private suites, and our program is based on each individual unique needs.
Patients need to regain their strength after detoxing from opiates.

These are all-inclusive services that you might receive in our post detox treatment retreat:

Our patients who have been battling opiate dependency deserve the very best in addiction care. Patients who have been through opiate detox in our Waismann Method program spend a few days in the hospital and transition quickly to Domus where they settle in for a peaceful and tranquil stay.
Our staff encourages patients at every step and we dig deep to identify whether there are underlying factors that contributed to the dependency. We have the ability to respond to conditions such as depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma and chronic pain.
Drug addiction treatment tends to be a sterile and antiseptic experience. Domus Retreat’s posh setting and lush grounds are anything but. Our beautifully decorated facilities and rooms provide the type of atmosphere most conducive to relaxation and wellness. Domus truly provides a retreat for patients who want to learn how to live fully again.
Recovering in our home-away-from-home retreat can help make the transition back to health comfortable and refreshing. Patients deserve the best after weathering the lows of opiate addiction. We are here to provide just that.
