Perform in-depth diagnostic assessment of new clients. Maintain progress notes and provide appropriate documentation when necessary for insurance, court ordered clientele and worker's compensation cases. Collaborate with other psychotherapists and medical specialists on treatment planning, medication issues, and hospitalization. Provide weekly clinical supervision to M.F.T. Interns. |
